Biography
Cheri's life has by no means been unchallenged. She was the youngest of four children, and grew up in the house she lives in now, Ellenwood Estate. Her father lived in a nearby city where he did business from a small one room apartment to furnish the country side living his wife had envisioned for their children. Cheri grew up happily, enjoying long treks in the wild hills with her siblings and spent much of her time getting to know all the boys in the area (she has a slight reputation for having gotten around as a young adult that still haunts her on occasion). She spent a lot of time befriending those unfortunates who grew up in the orphanage, and was always inviting people to stay in her large home. Cheri has always been very popular, if a bit of an air head at times. She is, however, very astute and went off to college to get a degree in business. She returned a little changed, a little subdued, but still the happy go lucky Cheri that the inhabitants of Cicero have always known her to be. She owns Noelle's Coffee Shop, an inheritance from her mother upon her death. Cheri's siblings have all moved into more metropolitan areas and have little interest in maintaining their mother's business. Cheri makes a meager living there, but also has a monthly pension paid to her by her father's business firm which allows her to continue an extravagant lifestyle.
Around six years ago, Cheri passed the orphanage as she had done millions of times before, having lived in Cicero for almost all of her life. Cheri's life had always been good and mostly simple, so it was... uncanny for her to really stop and look at the orphanage. While the children are well taken care of, she was able to easily read the pain in their attempts to smile. Cheri ventured into the orphanage and only left after impulsively adopting two children, and while the road since then has been a little rocky at times, Cheri adores her two teenagers quite a bit. :D
